Beginners Class
Monday night at St Stephens Hall, Little London is a beginner-friendly class designed to introduce you to Ashtanga Yoga. This is a led class that gives an explanation and breakdown of technique using a set sequence, and offers an opportunity for me to offer personal guidance and support. These classes will gradually build strength and flexibility. Maximum class size is 10 people.
Restorative Class (Coming Soon)
Restorative Yoga on a Tuesday night is a gentle, soothing practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief, sometimes known as Yin Yoga. It uses props to support the body in restful postures, allowing for extended holds that promote healing, rejuvenation, and inner calm. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner. With only 6 spaces available, I ensure full support and individual attention for a very special class experience.
FAQs
Arrival Time
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins. This will give you time to get settled, find a good spot, and chat with me if you have any questions or concerns.
What should I wear?
Opt for comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Yoga is usually done barefoot, so no need for shoes. You may want a warm sweatshirt or jumper for the end of the class.
Do I need any equipment?
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and prefer to use your own. If not, let me know so I can bring an extra for you. I’ll have blocks and other props available for your use. If you are attending the restorative class you may wish to bring a blanket.
Can I eat before class?
It’s best to practice yoga on an empty stomach, so try not to eat a big meal 2-3 hours before class. Stay hydrated throughout the day as well.
Book a Class
Classes must be booked in advanced and paid in full. You can cancel at anytime, and a full refund provided up to 24 hours before class time.
